Who we are
Office equipment fails in small ways first. A streak down the page, a grey copy, a camera that goes dark at night. Upixel exists to deal with those faults quickly and to supply the replacement when a repair no longer makes sense.
We work on the equipment and we sell it, so the advice you get is not tied to one outcome. If a roller and a refill will do the job, that is what we will tell you.

How we work
- On site. A technician comes to your home, shop or office. We do not offer pickup.
- Diagnosis first. We find the cause and tell you the cost before any work starts.
- Repair before replace. A replacement is suggested only when a repair no longer makes sense.
- Tested with you. We run the machine in front of you before we leave.
