Do you repair document scanners on site?
Yes. Our technician visits your office in Ahmedabad to service the scanner. We do not offer pickup.
Which scanner brands do you service?
Canon, Epson, HP, Fujitsu / Ricoh and Brother. For other brands, send the model number and we will check.
Why does my scanner show vertical lines?
Lines in scans usually come from dust or marks on the scan glass or sensor. We clean and check the glass and sensors, and replace worn parts if cleaning does not clear it.
Can you fix double feeds and skewed pages?
Yes. Double feeds and skewed pages are usually caused by worn feed or separation rollers. We replace the rollers and stock replacement roller kits.
