Do you repair printers at my home or office?
Yes. Printer service is done on site in Ahmedabad. Our technician comes to your home, shop or office, so you do not have to carry the printer anywhere. We do not offer pickup.
Which printer brands do you repair?
HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung, Kyocera, Konica Minolta and TVS Electronics. If your brand or model is not listed, send us the model number and we will tell you what we can do.
What printer problems can you fix?
Paper jams, faded or streaky prints, blank pages, error lights and printers that are not detected. We also work on pickup rollers, fuser units, print heads, drums, boards, and driver or Wi-Fi setup.
Should I repair my old printer or buy a new one?
We check the machine first and tell you the fault before quoting. If the repair makes sense for the printer's age and your print volume we fix it. If it does not, we suggest a replacement that suits your usage.
